Carmex is one of those tried and true brands, when I want a no-nonsense lip care product it's the brand I turn to. After seeing that I had included the Carmex Original Lip Balm Tube on my Winter Lip Products post in December, Carmex reached out to me and asked if I'd be interested in testing out some samples. Of course I responded that I'd love to! They sent me samples of one of their newest products, Carmex Comfort Care Lip Balm, in 3 flavors.

WHAT ARE CARMEX COMFORT CARE LIP BALMS?

These lip balms are specially formulated with natural Colloidal Oatmeal to provide deep soothing, long-lasting moisture and healthy looking lips. While this is great for winter, these lip balms are usable all year. Formulated with antioxidant rich, cold pressed fruit seed oil, these lip balms are ideal for daily use. Carmex Comfort Care Lip Balms are crafted with beeswax and Cupuacu Butter to relieve dryness and soothe, as they smooth and soften lips.

Just a FYI: Cupuacu Butter comes from Cupuacu, a tropical tree native to the Amazon rainforest. It is related to cacao, the tree cocoa beans come from.

WHEN SHOULD YOU USE CARMEX COMFORT CARE LIP BALM?

Whenever you need to soothe chapped, dry lips. It is most effective in the winter, but useful in the summer as well.
